Savannah Couples Session at Plant Riverside

This session was a huge reminder for me: true love exists and true love lasts. I’ll be real with you for a second. Sometimes it’s hard being a wedding photographer, being surrounded by love constantly and being single. I love, love. I love seeing people in love, capturing their love, hearing love stories. But as a single girl in her mid twenties, it can be hard thinking that it’s real…for ME.

Although, after this anniversary session with Becca and Roger, I was reminded what life is all about. Finding your partner, going through life together through the ups and downs and making it last! These two celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a Savannah couples photoshoot at Plant Riverside. I loved hearing all about their life, love story, kids, etc. Their relationship was so inspiring to me.

They oozed love. They way they looked at each other. All the small moments. I was honored to be able to capture them. We started with a casual outfit + the cutest 1998 hats (the year they got married), and then they changed into the outfits they wore on their wedding day, 25 years ago! Doesn’t Becca still look fabulous?! I only hope I can still fit into my wedding dress that many years in the future.
